Strengths:
In high school, Lynn was the best player on the nationally ranked Brownsburg High. In college, he has also been effective. Lynn put together a dominant year in 2007, striking out more than a batter per inning. His 146 punch outs was second only to San Diego lefty Brian Matusz among returning college pitchers. Lynn works off a 93 mph fastball, a plus curve and solid changeup with which he can throw strikes.
Weaknesses:
Lynn is not very projectable due to his soft body. He will never be more than a #3 starter.
