Strengths:
Skipworth is one of the best position players in the country and as a catcher, his stock is even more valuable. Skipworth stands 6-foot-4 and his smooth, level swing should allow him to put up big power numbers. He’s a stud defensively, too. His arm strength is well above-average and although he has soft hands the rest of his defensive game is raw.

Weaknesses:
High school catchers are gambles.  Skipworth needs to learn the finer points of the position.
